At Happythreads, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
